Tohatoha Aotearoa Commons

We are an incorporated society aiming to grow a national movement that advocates, promotes, and enables openness, sharing, and equity in Aotearoa New Zealand and on the internet.

Our mission

Vision

Realise the full potential of the Internet — universal access to research and education, full participation in culture — to build a stronger Aotearoa New Zealand.

Mission

To see to it that Kiwis and our values and culture are part of the global commons of creativity and knowledge, to grow a national movement that advocates, promotes and enables openness and sharing in Aotearoa New Zealand and around the world.
